Gastropod cabochon with man-made phosporescent (glows after light removed) center, wrapped in oxidized and polished copper wire.
A flashlight or phone light will cause the glow, or you can use a UV lamp. I used 365nm long wave UV in the video.

The pendant comes in a jewelry gift box with a black waxed cord and small polishing cloth.
