Handling and Other Fees
We always strive to charge an accurate price for shipping in accordance with the rates charged by the shipper. We don’t make additional profit by overcharging on shipping. We add only $2 to cover to cost of shipping materials.
Returns
We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a piece just doesn’t work out. If that is the case when your piece arrives, contact us via the “Contact” page, and we will work with you to arrange a return at no cost to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase from Old Earth Minerals.
Pieces damaged in shipping will be refunded in full, and we will arrange for Free return shipping. If you have any other circumstances that require a return, please contact us. Please notify us of the need to return a piece within 15 days of receiving the piece.
