Tabular Apophyllite with Pastel Green-Blue Celadonite Inclusions — Nashik, India

Sale price$25.00

Description

This specimen displays the uncommon tabular habit of apophyllite, with a thick, intergrown, sharply defined tabular crystal and excellent clarity. Delicate internal and external celadonite inclusions create a blue‑green glow that is rarer in tabular crystals than in the classic cubic habit. This piece also contains tiny dark‑to‑green micro‑inclusions typical of Maharashtra crystal pockets — natural celadonite‑rich or iron‑oxide–bearing grains trapped during crystal growth. This piece has a couple of dings and dents, and an attachment scar where it was connected to the pocket. Priced with those things in mind, making this a great piece to grab at a low price.

Features:

  • Thick, well‑developed tabular apophyllite crystal
  • High clarity with crisp, reflective faces
  • Internal and external celadonite crystals
  • Natural dark green micro‑inclusions from the pocket environment
  • Sourced from Nashik, Maharashtra, India
  • 20x20x10mm and 7g

This is a crystal habit and inclusion pairing that seldom appears on the market.
