Description
This is a beautiful combination mineral piece from the famous Trepca Mines in Kosovo. The quartz crystals have excellent clarity and iridescent druze pyrite coats the surface of one side of the cluster. In the areas on the opposite side of the pyrite, iridescent rainbows with a predominance of yellow tones, is visible and shimmery through the clear quartz.
Rainbows also present in areas of the quartz, and one main, and several smaller fluorescent pagoda calcite crystals are on the quartz crystals. The calcite fluoresces orange with 365nm long wave ultraviolet light.
