Description
You will receive ONE milky white common opal specimen that is fluorescent with both long and short ultraviolet light.
With 254nm short wave UV, it fluoresces a green in areas. Each specimen has unique fluorescence. A good quality, filtered, short wave lamp is needed for best results. (inexpensive multi-function UV lamps will not yield good results)
If you have a 365nm long wave lamp, you will see white and blue fluorescence.

TWO SIZES AVAILABLE:
Small approximately 20 to 45 grams. 4.5 to 5 cm by 3 to 3.5 cm each.
Large approximately 80 to 160 grams each. 6 to 8 cm by 6 to 6.5 cm each.
