Description
These natural floater “citrine” quartz clusters from Midelt, Morocco display beautiful golden-yellow to honey coloration created by iron-bearing inclusions and associated coloring minerals within the quartz. So these are not true citrine, but are sometimes still referred to as citrine flower clusters. The crystals formed as free-standing clusters without a substantial matrix, allowing the individual quartz points to be visible from multiple angles. Their combination of warm coloration, sparkling crystal faces, and unusual floater formation makes each specimen a distinctive addition to a mineral collection.
